INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding my participation in courses/programs offered by Thuto Tutorials (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"):

1. Purpose of the Course

The Company provides preparatory classes to assist students in preparing for their examinations. However, the Company does not guarantee a 100% pass rate for any student.

2. Responsibility of the Student

• I understand that my success in the examination depends on various factors including, but not limited to, my own study habits, effort, and understanding of the material provided.
• I agree to actively participate in all classes, complete all assignments, and study all materials provided by the Company.

3. Limitation of Liability

• I acknowledge that the Company, its employees, instructors, and affiliates cannot be held liable for my performance or results in the examination.
• I agree that the Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or expenses that may arise from my participation in the preparatory classes.

4. No Guarantee of Results

I understand and accept that the Company makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding my examination results or my ability to pass the examination.

5. Indemnity

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or in connection with my participation in the preparatory classes.

6. Exam Booking Assistance

• Thuto Tutorials will provide assistance with exam booking for individuals who have paid the full tutoring and exam fee.
• For those who have only paid for tutoring lessons, assistance with exam booking will be available upon payment of an additional administration fee of R100.
